Tri-State Packers of Union New Jersey purchased an ALline C - wrap labeling system equipped with an ALritma M label head.
Because of the variety of products to be labeled, the ALritma label head saves time in changeovers by storing the labeling parameters for up to 40 different bottles. The formats can be easily recalled saving set up time.
Additionally, rotary counters were mounted to all the hand wheel adjustments to provide a digital read out of the position of the unit it serves. This along with scales mounted to the dual axis tilt unit on the label heads provide quick, repeatable changeovers.
A vacuum assist mounted along the conveyor supports a tapered label while being transferred to the wrap belt. This supports the label and makes full wrap labeling of tapers possible on an inline labeler. The customer fills and labels bottles at 60 bpm.
