The performance of ALline E systems can reach 500 pcs/min (depending on the product and label dimensions), or even higher in dedicated configurations.
Their solid and compact base can accommodate two (or more) opposing side ALritma label applicator in an easy-to-access protective cabinet.
The equipment can use various types of conveyors for product transport, slatted (in plastic or in steel) or belt, in various different sizes.
Many sophisticated devices are available for product spacing, as well as for alignment and orientation of the products and their stabilization during the labeling operation.
A sophisticated centralized system synchronizes all the labeler components, allowing the speed to be regulated with a single potentiometer, and maintaining precise labeling even during start-up, stopping or slow down stages, synchronized with the entire line.
The upper trestle is present even when the cabinet is not installed, thus stiffening the top stabilizing belt for increased rigidity of the whole system.
ALline E can also be equipped with some of the wrap-around units available for ALline C, thus also permitting the labeling of cylindrical products
Possible labeling solutions
ALline E labeling machines can be configured in order to satisfy specific labeling requirements, for instance:
- Labeling of one or more sides with multiple labels
- Front, back and corner labeling
- Applying tamper-proof seals to product caps
- Partial or complete wraparound labeling
- Very high-speed labeling, including non-stop version
Regulating the different units for format/product changes is simple, high-precision and intuitive; the labeler is equipped with a function to save the parameters for a specific label-product combination, so they can be easily recalled using a code.
In order to increase running time and performances, ALline systems can be equipped with optional devices, such as:
- High-precision adjustment systems for head inclination and revolution counters for adjustment handles
- Batch or expiry date markers
- Rotary infeed and outfeed tables
- Product flow monitoring devices (minimum infeed/outfeed)
- Label application confirmation with automatic ejection.
All ALline labelers are designed according to cutting edge designing criteria which make every machine suitable for even the harshest of conditions, guarantee great labelling accuracy even at high production speeds and feature a high degree of operator-friendliness, as the start and change-over operations are particularly simple and intuitive.
In more detail, ALline labelers are based on the built-in philosophy, which means that all components are included in the structure/cabinet, well protected against dirt and accidental bumps. The grey (or stainless steel) structure is extremely sturdy and, thanks to its eye-catching design, it qualifies the whole packaging line.
The control panel is located in an upper position, well protected against washing liquids or product loss. In standard configurations, the optional safety cabinet perfectly fits into the basic structure, thus sealing the ceiling; its pantograph style doors are extremely ergonomic and considerably reduce the footprint. The completely internal cable path guarantees simpler cleaning and improved protection.
